Hotel Review
Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, Pulford, Cheshire
Sitting right on the border between England and Wales, the Grosvenor Pulford is part of Nelson Hotels, a small family-owned group that also runs three popular Cheshire gastropubs. On the outside, all looks very traditional but step inside reception and things get altogether more unexpected - there's a glam feel to the public spaces, an Art Deco vibe in the main restaurant and the spa facilities include a lovely Asian-inspired sensory garden filled with water features. That spa is one of the hotel's main attractions but even if you're not here for full-on pampering there are other ways to relax at the end of a day's sightseeing, with a good-sized pool, attractive lawned areas and the choice of two restaurants.
