WHAT WE LOVE...

A much-loved spot on the north Cornish coast, the St Enodoc is perfectly positioned in the sought after coastal town of Rock, nestled on the hillside, boasting sweeping views over the Camel Estuary. The boutique hotel is home to a large terrace, stunning gardens, and a coastal-chic style with a heated outdoor pool and a small spa. Thanks to affable hosts James and Lucy Strachan, guests can experience some unique spring/summer alfresco foodie events, with non-residents also welcome. Renowned chef Guy Owen heads up the kitchen, creating seasonal dishes that showcase the very best of Cornwall's produce within his nine-course tasting menu at Karrek - a brand new dining experience, available Thursday to Saturday, offering a fresh take on fine dining. It's the perfect bolthole to explore the rugged coastline, enjoy water sports in the protected estuary and cycle along the Camel Trail.

Style & Character

Suited to foodies and golfing enthusiasts, as well as those seeking time out in a quiet spot within a much-loved area of Cornwall, with exclusivity of location. We loved the palette of greens and blues, reminiscent of the coast, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge and restaurant, bringing the outside in.

Service & Facilities

It doesn't get much better than a dip in the outdoor pool, followed by a Cornish cream tea on the terrace, whilst drinking in the dreamy estuary views. There are eight dog-friendly rooms, where your canine pal will be welcomed with a bed, towel, bowl and treats. Dogs are welcome to dine with their owners in the Brasserie restaurant.
