Happily, the fishing port of Brixham is on the doorstep, so expect plenty of fresh fish and seafood, as well as West Country cheeses and locally reared meat. We're blown away by the fillet of Torbay Plaice, served with asparagus spears, crispy new potatoes and mint dressing - followed by deep-fried coconut rice pudding Arancini.
