WHAT WE LOVE...

This is a traditional hotel in the south county Dublin town of Dún Laoghaire, which is right beside the sea and Dún Laoghaire harbour, and around 30 minutes by car or rail to Dublin city. The hotel was purpose-built in 1863 and has a historic feel, with lovely large public areas, wide corridors and spacious rooms, many of which overlook the sea at the front. The hotel is well equipped for a leisure break, with two restaurants, a large lounge, a health club with an 18m swimming pool, a spa and an underground car park. You can also take the Aircoach bus from Dublin Airport to the hotel.
