Hotel Review
The Harcourt Arms, Witney, Oxfordshire
Set within the charming village of Stanton Harcourt, where an old manor house is still owned by the family who built it in the 18th century and a curious circle of seemingly ancient stones attracts keen historians, the Harcourt Arms is a fabulous hotel. It serves fantastic food with a bubbly team of staff, and rooms are seriously cosy with carpets and plush headboards. The hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Oxford, making it an ideal escape for anyone seeking solitude with access to the city, and there are ample local walks for active travellers. Just 20 minutes to the north, you've got access to the lovely Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
