WHAT WE LOVE...

This buzzing, trendy Tribeca hotel, named after a famous local 1920s cinema as well as a 1990s nightclub, attracts the hip set and is situated in one of Manhattan's liveliest areas, with Little Italy, Chinatown and Soho nearby. It boasts sassy 1970s-inspired interior design and a host of fab features including a cocktail bar, cinema, jazz club, eateries, hair salon and more. It's within easy reach of Lower Manhattan attractions and nearby subways make exploration further afield effortless. The 201 funky guest rooms and suites feature mid-century modern furniture, fittings and décor; children and pets are well catered for and there's regular live music, and bikes freely available.

The atmospheric subterranean jazz club, The Django, has vaulted ceilings, vintage lamps and exposed brick walls. There are two cocktail bars, a dining area and a stage for live performances. We recommend the fresh oysters at the snazzy oyster bar.

The Django: jazz club, cocktail bar, open dining. Open daily from 7pm (6pm Sun).
Roxy Bar: American cuisine, hand-crafted cocktails. Dishes include lobster cobb and NY strip steak. All-day dining, open daily.
